Year Round Rates: One-Price

                              Per day:     $35 (USD) 1 person/per night with breakfast
                                       (second person $14 per night and breakfast)
                                       *8% discount for weekly rental
                                       *25% discount monthly rental


Cleaning Fee:  $25 per stay or week

Check-In:  1100 (11am)
Check-Out:  1100 (11am)

Late check-out until 6.00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate and full rate will be charged after 6.00
pm.
