Luxurious 2-BR Villa with Swimming Pool, AC and Broadband Access located in Tjampuhan, Ubud, Bali Beautiful, tranquil Hamptons Decorator Home with quality furnishings, dramatic lighting and fully equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of sunrise, rice fields and Mt. Batour. Marble floors. Large dining room and living room with dimmer switches. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open onto swimming pool. Lit walkway, small water garden, outdoor shower, napping Gazebos with ceiling fans.
Swimming has deep end that goes below 6' and shallow end with walking steps. Wonderful to have drinks and dessert by the pool or play a game of water ball. There is a resting stage in the pool so you can sit inside the pool and enjoy sip of champagne or just relax.
Large AC 1-bedrm on 2nd floor w/ queen size mattress, white washed floors, living room, 2-seater rattan sofa, upholstered king chair with ottoman and wrap around porch. Turn key bedroom door. Ceiling Fan.
1-single bedroom on 1st floor with AC and a pull-out bed for child.
Excellent location 10 minute walk to Ubud and to grocery store. Private entrance with turn lock and evening security.
English speaking staff - daily cleaning, etc. Arrangements can be made with the house staff for cooking breakfast and shopping. Prefer non-smokers.

FAQ:
1. "I only want to stay 8 nights" email us and we will inform you the cost for the extra night.
2. "How many people can stay in the house": 2 adults can sleep in the master AC bedroom upstairs and 1 child can sleep downstairs in the single bed which also has a single pull out bed. This room is AC. There is an extra charge for additional adults and children.
3. "Do you have AC": There is AC in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all the other rooms.
4. "Do you have a refrig": yes there is a rather large refrig with a freezer to make ice cubes. We also provide free bottle water on arrival. However when finished you must pay for replacement. The house manager can make arrangements for a new bottle.
5. "Is there an oven?": No there is no oven (to hot in Bali to do that!) but there is a stove. You can ask the house manager to cook you breakfast for an additional fee. Also he can do any food or drink shopping for you. The grocery store is a 8 minute walk. Or you can call for home delivery of your fresh breads and cakes or dinner meal.
6. "Is there a bath tub": No there is no tub but a hot standing shower and an area to seat.
7. "Do I have to make a deposit to secure my dates?" Yes we require a deposit which can be paid by credit card via fax, email, phone or paypal. Please email for directions. All payments are non-refundable unless notified two months in advance. Final payment must be made 1 month before arrival. There is a home damage deposit which is refundable and a exit cleaning fee of $20. 3% card card merchant recovery fee is added to the total charges.
8. "Where is the house?": It is in Ubud, up from Hotel Tjampuhan above and into the rice fields. It is a 10 minute walk to the village outdoor market and main shopping and about 8 minute walk to the new grocery store (which takes credit cards of $10 or more!)
9. "How can I get there from the airport": I have a driver who is safe and honest. If want to use him for the day please make private arrangements. He really knows where to take you in Bali and his English is very good.
10. "Do you have Internet Access?": yes, it is broadband. If you need unlimited let us know.
11. "I am addicted to my cell phone (hp)." You can buy a sim card and it will work on most phones.
12. "What about laundry?": The house manager will make your beds daily. Except Sat and Sundays. He will remove your bedsheets once a week (the cost of cleaning is not included on a monthly rate. It will be very small about $3). If you want to have your personal laundry washed you can have him send it to the cleaners (very cheap). I find it usually comes to no more that 30,000 Rp which is about $3 usd for a couple days of clothes. The turn around is about 1-2 days.
13. "I want to call Long Distance": we do not have a phone available. Please bring your cell or you can rent ours with a $50 deposit. Rental is $10 a day.
